here at bubu, we want you to order with confidence and peace of mind so all domestic shipping within the 48 continental states is always on us when you use the code ILOVEBUBU at check out.  complimentary shipping will be first class mail which typically takes up to 5 business days.  if you are in california, it may only take between 1-4 business days.

all items are in stock and will ship within 24-48 hours from our warehouse in los angeles, ca.  if something happens to be backordered, we will contact you within 24 hours.

bubu is happy accept exchanges on unworn and unused items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.  return shipping will be the the responsibility of the purchaser.  while it is not required, we recommend that you ship the hat back in the box that it came in (or any box) so it does not get smashed in transit. you may either send back the original purchase and we will send out the replacement upon receipt or for faster service, you may order a new hat to ship immediately and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the original purchase.  

refunds are at the discretion of our team.  if we receive an item that is not in its original condition, the purchaser will need to have the item shipped back to them or we will discard if left without written response from the purchaser in 7 days and funds will not be returned.

we no longer accept returns without an exchange.  please be sure to measure prior to purchasing and if you are unsure, always size up! 

we can only offer exchanges if you purchased your hat directly from us through our website or instagram. if you purchased a hat through one of our retailers, please contact them directly to make the exchange or return.

if you receive any product that is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods with a picture and we will be happy to send a replacement.
